I ordered their salmon tempura sushi roll and salmon avocado and cucumber roll. Honestly I could have just got the first one because it was fried , it was also very filling and I really liked it . The only thing that bothered me was the blasting a/c . I was almost freezing (on a summer day ), so I rushed my dinner to finish quick. The do have outdoor seating but I was already sitting inside.
Wow! Really unique, tasty, fresh and good looking sushi! We ordered the sushi platter of 69, which was a great success! The order arrived nicely, with lots of sauces, chopsticks and napkins. It was organized beautifully. And it was soooooo good! Reccomended! Will definitely order again.
Sushi Tokyo is a popular kosher sushi bar. It’s pretty much a standard sushi bar except here they actually create experiences. One is with exceptional service. The other is with the Sushi chefs, who make each platter with love and it shows. If we eat with our eyes the chefs understood the assignment. I had the Yamato roll. Everything was fresh and portioned correctly. I was able to eat it without the ginger, wasabi and soy. That was a first for me. On the next trip I plan to try the krispy kosara and the Leo roll!
This is one of manhattan’s most delicious sushi spots. It’s more casual but it is totally worth going to. Delicious rolls and great staff
I had a great sushi last night, Sushi Tokyo! A lovely, creative, friendly, spot in Chelsea. I loved the rolls, the presentation was beautiful. The Kani salad was Huge.... I loved the service and the vibe and it’s 100% Kosher ! Totally loved it

We came and sat in the outdoor dining area. The service was really great. The sushi was good. We ordered about 5-6 rolls and they put it together in a beautiful platter for us. Very simple, no frills. Only thing I would say is if there isn’t a description of what’s in the sushi roll, to ask. One of the rolls we ordered was a sweetheart roll and I assumed that it would have spicy tuna or salmon in it but it didn’t have any fish. Otherwise everything was great. They also mentioned that they deliver anywhere in NYC for a low fee if you call them directly. Would definitely come back again!
Went here for lunch and tried the dynamite sandwich. It was so good! The management here was very attentive and friendly. I can't wait to come back
